If you cancel a booking up to 30 days in advance you receive an 75% refund. Cancellations between 30 and 10 days before the tour receive a 50% refund. There is no refund if you cancel within ten days of the tour or are not at the organised departure point, but we may give a discretionary partial refund if there are compelling circumstances and ONLY if we were able to re-sell the day. If we have to cancel a tour you receive a full refund. Making a booking signifies acceptance of these conditions. It should be noted that holiday insurance should cover you for any unforeseen circumstances, like illness or delays causing you to miss your tour. Check with your insurance provider.
